Seeing a need for a more personalized and customer service oriented auto auction, North Bay Auto Auction opened its doors in Fairfield, California in 1994 on a 10.5 acre parcel conveniently located between Sacramento and San Francisco at the intersection of I-80 and I-680. By providing a friendly, personalized atmosphere for dealers to buy and sell vehicles, North Bay Auto Auction began building a reputation for excellent customer service and care. North Bay's staff treated every dealer as an individual and made each person feel like they were part of the family. Those values continue to be our way of doing business and are responsible for our continued growth.

North Bay Auto Auction has continued to grow over the years and in 2007 expanded its location to over 30 acres with new offices, auction arena, and service facilities to better serve our customers. We currently operate 10 lanes weekly, with auctions on Tuesday afternoons and Thursday mornings. We maintain a full Mechanical and Reconditioning shop which prides itself on its ability to service every dealer and client with 100% attention and care. We also, maintain a professional Transportation Department with a staff of professional drivers and three flatbed slide-back tow trucks to expedite the transportation of our customers' vehicles.
