Who We Are?

North Bay Auto Auction is the fastest growing independent Dealer Only auction in the country. Established in 1994, North Bay Auto Auction has recently expanded its facility to over 30 acres with a new auction arena, new offices, and an expanded Recon shop with a state-of-the-art detail department. With a strong company philosophy rooted in customer service, North Bay Auto Auction knows that taking care of our customers is our first priority. We listen and react. Being an independent auction, North Bay Auto Auction has greater flexibility than the larger corporate auto auctions.   At North Bay Auto Auction you are treated like a member of the family. There is no "Corporate" run-a-round at North Bay Auto Auction, just one on one interaction.

We are a full service dealer only auction with the tools and people you need to successfully buy and sell vehicles at auction.

Our Full Service Shop

Our full service shop can make the repairs you need to get the most out of your vehicle. We now offer pre-sale inspections with our Gold and Silver certification. We also provide after-sale inspection and arbitration service.

Our Detail Department

Make your vehicles really shine by using our convenient and efficient detail department. With new heated power wash and central vacuuming systems your vehicles come out squeaky clean.

Our Transportation Department

Our Transportation Department can take care of all your transport needs. We have a full staff of professional, safe drivers. North Bay Auto Auction also has three slide-back tow trucks for delivery and pickup of auction vehicles. Whatever your transports needs North Bay Auto Auction can get the job done. 

Our Office Staff

Our friendly office staff is always there to process your transactions quickly and efficiently. Happy to help with registration, payments, gate releases, flooring, and titles, our office staff is always at your service.
