Don Morrow

Don Morrow is the Founder and CEO of North Bay Auto Auction, a NAAA Dealers Wholesale Auto Auction located in Fairfield, CA. Don grew up in the Sacramento Delta (Isleton, CA). The father of 5 children, Don served in the United States Air Force from 1968 thru 1971, attending Solano College from 1971 thru 1973. Don was employed as the Marketing Director for Trans World Assurance Co. in San Mateo from 1975 until 1990 when he began the Auto Auction Business.

David Aahl
General Manager

Growing up in the automobile business, Mr. Aahl was exposed to the automobile business early on. His father was an auto dealer in the Bay Area. David was the first ringman hired by North Bay Auto Auction in 1994. In 1997, David expanded his skills from ringman to auctioneer. He continued to grow in the auction business throughout the years. David has been serving in the capacity of General Manager since 2003. He is also, the current Chapter President of the local IADAC chapter. In addition, David is both a Director and Officer of North Bay Auto Auction. |

Shelly Frank
Vice President Bank Car Sales

Shelly has just recently joined the North Bay team. Shelly brings with her 22 years of remarketing experience. She has an extensive background in the financial industry working in the credit and remarketing divisions of several major financial institutions. Shelly will be working to maintain and build on current bank and credit union relationships and develop new business relationships with new bank and credit union clients. |

Vince Morrow

Vince has been involved in the automobile industry for over 20 years and with North Bay Auto Auction for over 14 years. Starting out as a driver with North Bay Auto Auction, Vince has worked his way up through various positions such as Lot Manager, Transportation, Fleet Lease, Marketing, and Service Arbitration. This valuable experience gives Vince an in-depth understanding of the auto auction industry. As Sales Manager, Vince will be working to expand new and current dealers, both franchised and non-franchised, business. He will also be working to enhance current marketing and promotional efforts. |

Maureen Green
Business Manager

Maureen brings over 32 years experience in the automotive industry to North Bay Auto Auction. Her background is based in franchised dealer automotive accounting and administration. Joining North Bay Auto Auction at its onset, Maureen makes sure that the administrative end of the business is operating smoothly and her accounting staff is in balance. In addition to being Business Manager for North Bay Auto Auction, Maureen is a Company Officer and functions as Corporate Secretary. |

Rob Savre
Fleet Lease Manager

With over 31 years experience in the industry, Rob has been part of the North Bay Auto Auction team for over 2 years. Rob has an extensive background in the repossession and remarketing field. He has worked as in all aspects of the business from repossessing, to sales, to managing a fleet department. Rob is currently a member of the Bay Area and South Bay Chapter of the California Credit Union Collector Council Board of Directors. He also has a NAAA Frame Inspection and Condition Report Writing Certificate. As Fleet Lease Manager, Rob oversees the daily operation of the Fleet Lease Department and works to ensure our service level meets or exceeds our clients' expectations. |

Greg is another new member of the North Bay Auto Auction management team. Greg has over 30 years experience in business having started and managed several businesses throughout his career. His management experience started by running a small trade shop while in college, then a family chain of Dry Cleaning stores. He gained valuable sales experience by working in the Insurance and Real Estate industries. Greg has also created a national mail order company. Throughout all his business ventures Greg's strength's have always been marketing and customer service. He is excited about bringing a spirit of team play to operations, and attention to detail for all our sellers here at North Bay. |

Heath Parks

As a new member of the North Bay Auto Auction, Heath brings over 21 years experience in the automobile service business to our auction. He has been the Parts and Service Director of several large new car dealerships. As Service Director, Heath is responsible for the Detail, Shop and Locksmith departments. He is also in charge of after sale inspections and arbitrations. With North Bay's new shop facilities and equipment Heath is working to increase customer awareness and utilization of North Bay Auto Auction's service departments. |

Sharyn Campos
Settlement Manager

Gaining valuable customer service and administrative skills from the car rental industry, Sharyn joined North Bay Auto Auction in 1996. Sharyn has worked the front counter and in Dealer Registration. She has been a DMV Clerk and has worked in Telemarketing. Currently, as Settlement Manager, Sharyn oversees the office staff, handles title problems, and is the person to see when a problem occurs. Always smiling, Sharyn works hard to ensure that all customer transactions are handled in a friendly, accurate and efficient manner at the front counter. |

John joined North Bay Auto Auction in 2002. He gained valuable auction experience by working as Front Counter Clerk, Fleet Lease Assistant and DMV Specialist. John, as Credit Manager works closely with AFC, MAFS, and DSC flooring companies to ensure our customers are made aware of alternative financing options John also handles the collection end of the business. John strives to handle every collection issue quickly, professionally and discreetly. John is current Chapter Secretary of our local IADAC chapter. |

Jody Lukehart

Jody brings over 20 years experience in the automobile industry to North Bay Auto Auction. Having previously worked as a Sales Representative, Desk Manager and Finance Manager for a major new car store, Jody understands the business from a dealer's standpoint. Combining his experience with his knowledge of the current used car market, Jody has been able to help his clients maximize their sales. Jody believes in building and maintaining long term relationships with his clients and he works hard to gain their confidence and business. Jody plans to continue building new client relationships and increasing the amount of fresh dealer trades he brings to the auction.

With over 13 years experience in the auto auction industry, Erica, has learned the auction business from the ground up. Having worked at North Bay Auto Auction for many years in the office as a Sales Clerk, Erica gained valuable people skills and a true understanding of customer service. She also learned the paperwork part of the business having worked in dealer registration, titles, accounting and collections. As an Outside Sales Representative, Erica works hard to help her clients be successful. She works closely with her customers to plan their runs and maximize their sales. With an eye on growing her business, Erica approaches her job with confidence and determination.

Maura is a new member of the North Bay Auto Auction team. Having been with North Bay Auto Auction for a little over one year, Maura has advanced from Driver to Transportation Clerk to Transportation Manager. Utilizing her strong people and management skills, Maura successfully organizes and schedules North Bay Auto Auction's pickups and deliveries. By managing her full staff of professional drivers and her three North Bay Auto Tow Truck Drivers, Maura is able to provide superior customer service to our dealers. Whether it is one vehicle or 50, Maura will take care of your transportation needs.
