AutoCheck
North Bay Auto Auction strives to provide dealers with accurate vehicle information on all vehicles registered with us. We want your auction experience to be successful. All vehicles registered with North Bay Auto Auction are processed through AutoCheck to obtain accurate vehicle history information.
DMV
At North Bay Auto Auction we want to ensure that our customers have the most current DMV information available on every vehicle that runs across our auction blocks. We run a California Vehicle Registration check on every vehicle registered at North Bay Auto Auction to ensure title information, mileage and fees are accurate.
Flooring Services
North Bay Auto Auction understands the need to have dealer flooring services available for our customers. We provide flooring plans through AFC, MAFS, and DSC. For more information, contact John Gregorio at johng@nbauto.com.
On Line Auction
North Bay Auto Auction provides a convenient on-line auction every Tuesday afternoon and Thursday morning. For those times when you can’t or don’t want to leave the office, you can still bid and buy on line just like you were at the auction. For more information contact Bob Perazzo at bobp@nbauto.com.
Internet Bidding Rules
1. To bid on line you must be a registered dealer in good standing at North Bay Auto Auction and pre-approved by the auction.
2. All on-line purchases must be paid within 24 hours of purchase with secured funds/wire, flooring or pre-arranged payment plan.
3. All vehicles, with the exception of "As Is" vehicles and/or vehicles under $2500 will be automatically placed into post sale inspection. Current inspection fees will be applied.
4. A $65 internet fee will be added to all on-line purchases.
5. Transportation of purchased vehicles is the responsibility of the buyer.
6. All dealers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Password and Login. All dealers will ensure that they exit from their account at the end of each session. You agree your Login will only be used by or disclosed to authorized employees/agents qualified to do business on your behalf as an automobile dealer/wholesaler. All dealers are responsible for any and all transactions made by their respective dealerships and representatives.

On Site Locksmith
North Bay Auto Auction provides an on-site locksmith for those emergency key or lockout situations. The locksmith is also able to make keys for most all domestic and foreign vehicles, including high security. For more information contact Heath Parks at heathp@nbauto.com.

North Bay Auto Auction provides a full service mechanical and reconditioning shop. From a simple wash to major mechanical repairs, North Bay Auto Auction prides itself on its ability to give 100% attention to every dealer and client work request.
